Queensland Government Grants Announcement

The Queensland Government has announced three new business grants for eligible small to medium-sized businesses, intended to accelerate growth, improve efficiencies and drive the Queensland economy, with a view to increasing the employment of more Queenslanders.

Here’s what you need to know:

Business Basics Grant

A grant of up to $5,000 per successful applicant is available to eligible new and emerging businesses to increase their core capabilities and adopt current best practices. The grant can be used for website development, strategic marketing, training and coaching, advisory services and planning for business continuity and succession.

Business Boost Grant

A grant of up to $15,000 per successful applicant is available to eligible small businesses to improve their efficiencies and productivity through organisational development and upgrades through automated software and CRM systems.

Up to $15k to increase efficiencies through investment in systems

Business Growth Fund

A grant of up to $50,000 per successful applicant is available to eligible established businesses (with a minimum of 3 years trading) who are experiencing high growth, for the purchase of specialized equipment to accelerate growth, increase production and expand the workforce.
